Our Free Equipment Use Program is meant to help our business owners defer the often daunting costs of starting up or the unexpected cost of having to replace broken equipment or equipment that is no longer compliant. There are four levels of participation depending on equipment needed. Level 1 The majority of our merchants processing needs for equipment fall into this category. They are provided either a Hypercom T7 Plus or Nurit 2085 depending on their preference and there is a one time enrollment fee of $195 and an annual fee of $49.95. Level 2 This level is for merchants who need equipment that will allow for multiple individual accounts, a great option for Salon’s with multiple stylists all needing their own accounts, or, for a merchant who would benefit from adding a Gift or Loyalty Card Program. These Merchants are provided a Omni 3740; there is a one time enrollment fee of $295 and an annual fee of $79.95. Level 3 This level like level 2 provides equipment that is capable of holding multiple accounts or both a merchant account and Gift or Loyalty Program and provides a capability of processing via an Internet Connection as well as a phone line with a Omni 3740 Dual Com; there is a one time enrollment fee of $349 and an annual fee of $99 dollars. Level 4 This level is for our merchants who require a wireless option. We provide a Nurit 8000; a great solution for people in the trades or sales professionals on the road who need to be able to process credit and debit cards while off site. It also works well for a restaurant or café owner wanting to take credit or debit cards right at the customers table. There is a one time enrollment fee of $429 and an annual fee of $129 dollars. This equipment uses GPS and will get a signal in almost all locations. With our Free Equipment Use Program the merchant is provided the equipment to use for as long as they are processing with us and a merchant enrolled at one level of participation can move to another level as needs change by paying the difference in the enrollment fee and annual fee and return the original equipment. By providing this program, we are offering our clients a much lower overall cost compared to purchase or lease of equipment.
