We first kicked off EFTS at our kitchen table in April of 2003 with the belief that in an industry where people are often taken advantage of there was and is a great need for a Merchant Services and ATM business focused on helping customers to succeed. Unlike other salespeople who work on commission and disappear once the customer signs the agreement, we envisioned a much more radical business model built on lasting relationships and in the belief that if we keep our merchants’ best interest in mind and are always a phone call, text or email away for support and service we would be successful.
In 2009 we incorporated EFTS and are excited to say that our Rewriting the Book on Merchant Services approach has been hugely successful. The majority of our merchants have been with us for many years now and new accounts come to us every day through referrals from existing merchants, our trusted relationships with banks and credit unions, and other business professionals who are just as committed to the success of their customers as we are.
